What keeps us returning is the overall sense of familiarity executed at a very high level - nothing feels rushed or improvised. The Melb buffet is world class and is top notch all year round, with exceptional offerings for Christmas in July, Christmas and Chinese New Year, for example.

We’ve stayed here and what stood out was how unforced the experience felt. This hotel focuses on comfort and small signature touches like the Chocolate Hour, which actually adds personality rather than gimmick.
Rooms are modern, practical, and well sound-insulated despite the busy location near Southern Cross, in Premier Tower on Spencer St. A modern funky hotel with top notch Melbourne art and photography at every turn. Our suite was superbly appointed and spacious, with large bathroom and bathtub, stunning lounge area and desk, and everything you could need for a traveller, business person or for a special occasion. Hotel breakfast was also impressive.

The hotel feels more spacious than CBD properties, both physically and emotionally. We are big fans of the Sunset House rooftop bat, which has exceptional views. We also enjoy dining at Archer's restaurant with its emphasis on Australian produce sourced from local farms.

A warm welcome at the front desk, plush bedding, sleek finishes, a rain shower, a coffee machine, a digital concierge tablet, and a fully equipped kitchen, are all you need for ultimate comfort. The real showstopper is the breathtaking view.

On our stay, what stood out was how well-organised everything felt - from check-in to facilities. A stylish hotel with loads to offer. Our room was modern, spacious and well-appointed. Our staycation included dinner for two at Port Bistro, buffet breakfast, cocktails in stunning Jin Bar, and Club Lounge access. We enjoyed the art program with commissioned artworks throughout the hotel, and a major sculpture acquisition in the central courtyard. The Diva Garden sculpture is a site specific work by Marta Figueiredo.
