The new menu items showcase Lexy’s signature balance of bold flavours and polished presentation, highlighting premium seasonal produce and Asian-influenced techniques. Recent additions include:

  • Charred King Prawn – butter squid ink, pickled paw paw

  • Prawn & Scallop Dumpling – chive pesto, cashew, snow pea tendril

  • Eggplant Katsu Terrine – confit garlic tofu, orange glaze, fennel

  • Pan-Seared Scallops – coconut bisque, finger lime, avruga, roe cracker

  • Roasted Half Chicken – miso sesame, oyster mushroom, snow pea, crispy chilli oil

  • Black Opal Wagyu Cube Roll M7 – bonito soy, smoked chimichurri, Maldon salt
