We enjoyed a superb Signature Pork Cutlet Banquet for 2 from Curtis Stone Events, featuring succulent pork cutlets, served on-the-bone, with all of the accoutrements. We began the meal with a glorious celebration of salmon and finished with creamy panna cotta that has a strawberry compote and impressive jiggle. Highly recommended.
