Stella Restaurant & Bar Launch Party in South Yarra
Stella Restaurant and Bar has launched in South Yarra and we attended the fabulous launch party for Chapel Streets newest addition. It was a memorable evening of cocktails, canapes, pizza and pasta as we were introduced to the new four-story Italian venue.

The late-1800s building has been given a new lease of life with a superb fit out. Walk in and be impressed by a circular pizza bar and Marana Forni pizza oven and a range of traditional Italian fare.
The basement features a private dining room in a wine cellar (stocked with premium wines).
Walk up to the first floor and enjoy a premium bar with a fireplace for the colder weather, and then one level up to the crowd-pleaser rooftop terrace with stunning vertical garden.
Behind the new venue is Ali Mousavi, whose father owned Italian restaurants for more than 40 years. He’s recruited ex-400 Gradi chef John Park to lead the kitchen, while the space has been designed in by Finn Warnock of Sum and branding whiz Nick Cox of Projects of Imagination.
A memorable night. Highly recommended.
