Archers is moody, dark and sophisticated offering an elegant enclave for discerning dinners. We were invited along to experience this new offering in Docklands.

Destined to become one of Docklands signature venues, Archer’s is a refined fine dining restaurant serving elevated Australian fare with flair and provenance. Designed by DKO Architecture, the hotel’s signature restaurant is nestled within a vaulted cellar-esque ceiling, reminiscent of Melbourne’s historic bridges and train stations. A touch of class.

Archers is best expressed as simple elegance on a plate, as the quality of the ingredients eloquently talk for themselves.

Tart heaven.

Adjacent to the showpiece rooftop infinity pool, Sunset House is a place to see and be seen. We were impressed with this elegant bar with stunning views. One of the few west-facing bars in Melbourne it looks out to dazzling sunsets and 180-degree views across the Bolte Bridge and Port Phillip Bay.

This standout new addition to Melbourne’s sophisticated bar and restaurant scene will sit atop the building, delivering an eclectic mix of casual dining and entertainment.

Day time grazers will be treated with fancy finger sandwiches and, in the evening, an ensemble of shared styled dishes will be on offer. The menu includes dishes such as ‘charr-grilled zucchini with Stracciatella and green chili oil and black ash cracker’, and ‘cashew crumbed carrot with whipped goats cheese’.

Highly recommended.
