Lawson Grove Shop is a hipster tucked away little beauty that thrills locals and brings to the table fine service, great ambience, excellent coffee and interesting cuisine. What a surprise tucked away in South Yarra!

Get a park on one of the steep charming streets nearby amid the South Yarra elite. Then wander down to this tucked away little gem! I visited on a quintessential sunny Melbourne afternoon – which dictates it’s best to sit at one of the outdoor tables! They have some cool daily selections for lunch! I had the gourmet hamburger which was excellent! Coffee here is great! As is the service!

I was able to while away an afternoon while reading the newspaper supplied. This place has an almost dreamy quality about it. Hipster chef and staff with friendly service. Should have gone for daily specials which looked amazing!

Cash only and I think you need to swim across the Yarra to get to an ATM. Need to order at the Counter but I was greeted when I walked in and had menu options explained to me.

Love it!
