Cointreau Margarita Lamington: A blend of vanilla sponge soaked in margarita, lime cream & tequila filling, dipped in white chocolate infused with Cointreau and lime coconut.
Cointreau & Strawberry Lamington: Filled with strawberry mousse and orange curd, coated in white chocolate infused with Cointreau and orange-scented coconut.
Cointreau Chocolate Marshmallow Lamington: A Cointreau-soaked vanilla sponge with chocolate Cointreau mousse filling, dipped in torched marshmallow.
