BBQXL ProQ & Two Birds Demonstration & Tasting
Australian barbecue retailer, BBQXL will join forces with ProQ Australia and Two Birds Brewing on May 26th for their inaugural BBQ Dinner and Beer Pairing evening. A night of amazing barbecue and unique Australian craft beer awaits punters at Two Bird’s Micro-brewery in Spotswood, Melbourne.
The event will incorporate an introduction to ProQ’s 3-in-1 grill barbecue, roaster and smoker, as well as the opportunity to witness how premium craft beer is brewed during a tour of the Two Birds brewery. There will also be a master class from Canadian Barbecue Educator, Eric Luhning, who is now based in Australia. He’ll educate guests on how to get the best out of a ProQ 3-in-1, while imparting some trade tips and secrets, which can easily be applied to the home BBQ.
The BBQ Dinner and Beer Pairing will culminate in a lavish, three course feast prepared on the 3-in-1 barbecue by Eric Luhning. The birds from Two Birds Brewing have carefully curated the beer menu to complement each course, offering a unique dining experience.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to peruse the entire range of BBQ XL units, and will also be offered a special discount on the ProQ 3-in-1.
